Really good Nile Experience

The location offers fine views of the Nile River. The staff members were helpful. The room offered ample space and high cleanliness. The hotel management responded to any issues I raised. This demonstrated great care.
I experienced delays in getting a triple room. I had to request it multiple times. It took them four hours. the staff didn't seem to care about my concerns. I felt ignored when I tried to complain.

Breakfast had many options to choose from. The food tasted great! The restaurant's service was fast, and the staff ensured the place remained very clean. I was impressed by how fresh everything tasted; I enjoyed it.

The hotel has a secure environment, with staff always present. The internal mall offers convenient shopping. Walking around the premises gave me pleasure; I saw huge glass walls overlooking the Nile and found this a peaceful experience.

The fitness center included a locker room. it had showers, a hot tub, and a sauna. the center had two levels of weight and cardio equipment! i especially enjoyed the helpful and attentive staff. They were always available to assist with any requests.
the parking situation was not ideal, requiring payment of around 200 egp per night. alternative parking slots were difficult to find nearby, so this was a notable inconvenience.

ms rana, responsible for the hotel boat and restaurant reservations, was very helpful. she assisted with booking the boat and answered questions about finding and shipping egyptian products with a smile and i am grateful.

the breakfast included many fresh options. it also provided many healthy choices, which i thoroughly appreciated. the chef at the buffet surprised my son with a birthday celebration, which was memorable.

the hotel has a heated pool with a nile view. the gym has ample equipment and is well-maintained. the outdoor pool looked wonderful, though i did not have time to use it.

the location is amazing and all floors and bedrooms face the nile.
Honestly, the customer service was not what i expected from a supposed 5-star hotel. we booked a triple room, but only a double bed awaited us. it took four hours and multiple requests to get a rollaway bed. What a joke. then, the duvet disappeared, replaced by a blanket, without so much as a polite notice.
